Ingredients: (*Organic Ingredients) *Cordyceps Mushroom, *Oyster Mushroom, *Turkey Tail Mushroom, *Reishi Mushroom, *Coltsfoot, *Turmeric, White Mulberry Leaves, *Orange Peel, *Licorice Root, *Ginger Root, *Bo He Mint, Bamboo, Perilla Seeds, *Wild Cherry Bark, *Chrysanthemum Flowers.

Steeping Directions: Pour 6-8 oz. of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of dry tea mixture and steep for 8-12 minutes. Strain, add your favorite natural sweetener if desired, and enjoy!

Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
